SAME DAY to 48 Hour Turn Around Time dependent on when order is submitted. On a case by case basis, a $10-$20 RUSH Fee may be charged if you need your order expedited(Immediate Need or After Print Hours). Prints received by 10:00am Monday through Saturday will be ready for pickup no later than 5pm the same day unless communicated with you differently. You will receive an email alert and possibly a mobile text when the prints are ready for pickup and/or a shipping label has been created.
Cool Features Included: Background Removal and File Storage for later retrieval to reprint again and/or modify at anytime. Forgot to crop out the extra outer transparency areas that just takes up space, no worries.. it will automatically crop it out for you when you load to your gang sheet. You can also create and customize TEXT right there on your gang sheet.

Care Instructions:
- Machine wash cold, inside out and with mild detergent
- Dry on low setting or hang dry
- Do not use chlorine bleach
- Do not dry-clean
Warm Peel Film:
- Recommended Press Time & Temp: 300' for 10 seconds
- Use medium to firm pressure (teflon, parchment, another shirt, T-Seal sheet)
- Wait 8-10 seconds before removing film
- Press again for 10 seconds
Formatting:
- For best results, please upload files in CMYK format. The colors on your screen may not match the transfer received exactly. This is due to the way monitors show colors in RGB format while our commercial printers print in CMYK.
- We do not provide color matching but do our best to get our colors as close to the image provided.
- PNG is preferred (Be sure images are saved with transparent background otherwise the image will automatically print with a white background). Images will be printed exactly as they are uploaded. You can also utilize our included background remover.
- We are NOT responsible for removing background
- It is recommended that images be 300dpi resolution or higher before uploading
